The Little Stove

The Little Stove is a cozy eatery, wine bar, and market dedicated to quality ingredients, including premium meats from Jones Meat & Locker. This partnership ensures the finest cuts, reflecting a shared commitment to tradition and exceptional flavor.

Chef Andrew Deuel’s passion for cooking began with a childhood toy—a miniature electric stove. He honed his skills at the New England Culinary Institute and the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners, then worked in prestigious kitchens, including Le Cirque in New York and the Rainbow Room at Rockefeller Center.

After years in Chicago’s restaurant scene, he returned to his Midwestern roots, serving as executive chef in award-winning Italian eateries before moving to Jacksonville in 2016. Following five years at Hagel 1891, he launched The Little Stove, bringing his expertise and love for hospitality to downtown Jacksonville.
